During this time of self isolation, we're happy to report that we've stayed committed and creative towards our craft! During the lock down, we've diligently photographed all our products and set up the Aura Pottery online store. Yay!

Turquoise Overlap Mug

This is a hand built mug made by joining clay slabs. One single slab rolls all over to overlap in the end and then attached to the bottom slab. The mug is carved in a cute swirly pattern on the outside. This is a great morning snuggle mug. Use it to sip your morning coffee or tea in style.

Rust Macrame Pots

This is a multipurpose mini ceramic bowl, which is hand made by pinching out a ball of clay. The rim of the bowl is irregular and organically shaped. It is adorned with a rust color macrame on the rim. Use this bowl to serve sauces, keep your jewelry or as a dish to mix your face pack.

Bali Pot 12

This is a wheel thrown ceramic bud vase, with a coiled top tapering towards the mouth. The shape of the vase is oval towards the mouth. It can be used for decoration, flowers, dry arrangement etc. The pot is glazed in an amazing glossy ocean blue glaze from the top and the bottom is a glossy green. The feel of the pot is smooth all over.

Fruit Platter

This is a hand made ceramic platter, organically shaped with cut out pieces that give it a lace - like look. Each carved out space is smoothly rounded to avoid any irregular edges. These negative spaces add to the subtle hand crafted character of the bowl. Use it as a fruit bowl or by itself to compliment any home decor.

Lip Vase 9

This is a uniquely designed hand built vase made by intricately joining slabs of clay together. The vase has a short curvy form with a narrow mouth. This particular vase has a floral design carved on the outside. Use it to display a beautiful floral arrangement or just by itself to enhance the aesthetics of your home decor. The vase is glazed in a beautiful glossy greenish brown. The feel of the vase is smooth all over.

Knob Bowls 5

This set of multipurpose wheel thrown, stoneware bowls have hand crafted handles in different shapes. There is a square and a pipe handle. They make an interesting family of bowls with the handles being different but the basic shape the same. Use them to serve snacks or dessert! The glaze is a gloss finish with hues of red green and browns on the outside. Inside of the bowl is a lovely blue. Feel of the bowl is smooth all over.

Bud Vase 32

This is a wheel thrown ceramic bud vase, with a narrow tapered mouth and a short body. The shape of the vase is round towards the mouth. It can be used for decoration, flowers, dry arrangement etc or just by itself. The pot is glazed a glossy metallic brown with variations in the glaze as it flows down and creates beautiful patterns. The feel of the pot is smooth all over.

Triangle Bottle 2

This is a unique bottle design hand built by joining slabs of clay together. The shape of the bottle is triangular with a round and narrow neck. This particular bottle is carved through the body and textured with sculptural forms around the carving. This vase can not hold water so use it as a vase to display some dry floral arrangement or just by itself to enhance the aesthetics of your home decor. The glaze is a beautiful semi matte white with the texture glazed in a glossy sea blue. The feel of the bottle is smooth all over except on the texture.

Bottle Vase 14

This is a unique bottle design hand built by joining slabs of clay together. The shape of the bottle is round but flat from opposite sides and a single slab joins the two sides together. The neck of the bottle is round. This bottle is embedded with a beautiful half leaf pattern on the front. Use it as a vase to display a beautiful floral arrangement or just by itself to enhance the aesthetics of your home decor. The glaze is a glossy light brown with the leaf pattern glazed in spots of glossy green and remains mostly unglazed. The feel of the bottle is smooth all over.
